A dream with story, where our slogan is simply 'Make friends'

Our Story:

We are a family in love with the beach and the sea, our family gatherings were usually in the sand, under the coconut palms, contemplating the sea in the port of Chelem. This is how our children grew up and our grandchildren are growing up in our old beach house. 

One month of September Hurricane Isidoro was in charge of destroying part of our house and we thought it was an opportunity to project and remodel it. For this we entrusted the project to our son Mauricio and his wife Julia, graduated architects of the University of Yucatan, who did a very professional job mixing old and new elements with a lot of personality and history.

One day, we decided to share what fascinates us to other families, who will enjoy our house, the warm sunny days and the calm turquoise sea. This is how our business "La Casita de Chelem" was born in a natural way since when we referred to our home on the beach we said we go to the Casita de Chelem.

We made our first property available by naming it "La Casita" and later the other property called "La Casa del Xix".
